Online Print Ordering center (Dokshop)
Banner Health’s Online Print Ordering center (Dokshop) is the systemwide print portal for ordering Banner-branded items, regulatory collateral and copies. To get started, simply register an account on Dokshop and navigate to the appropriate item via the Copy Center or Collateral Storefront.
Note: Google Chrome 
is required when accessing Dokshop.
Note: Patient admitting booklets are among the items not produced through the Online Print Ordering center. See below for information regarding these materials.
Facility Codes
Facility codes must be provided to our vendors when placing orders for print products. Download a list of facility codes here.
Patient Admitting Booklets
Patient admitting booklets are produced by Courier Graphics. Please contact George Dierken (George.Dierken@CourierGraphics.com or (602) 437-9700) to place an order.
